This is an important document and it explains how PrimeBox pays content creators. Please read it carefully.
Buyers can purchase Boxes using these forms of payment:
Sellers are paid every month with the following PayOut options:
The buyer sends a single payment to us. Your payment is added to your PayOuts and it will be paid at the end of the month. You can keep track of your payments in your PayOuts page.
PayOuts are paid in AUD and USD. PayOuts originating from purchases with Credit Card are in AUD, PayOuts originating from purchases with PayPal are in USD. See the PayOuts section to know why we pay in Australian Dollars.
If you have PayOuts available in AUD and USD, you will receive two PayOuts, one for each currency.
PayOuts are processed once they reach a minimum of $100 AUD. If, at the end of the month, your PayOut doesn't reach $100 AUD, the amount owed to you is carried over to the following month.
Your USD PayOuts are combined with your AUD PayOuts in assessing the minimum payment threshold.
Why Australian Dollars?
PrimeBox is a web platform by Pumpkin Productions Pty Ltd an Australian company based in Melbourne, Australia. All credit card transactions are in Australian Dollars (AUD). This is a requirement from the bank we use to process credit card payments.
Whereas prices of Boxes are displayed in USD, payouts to you originated from Credit Card payments are in Australian Dollars.
The conversion from USD to AUD takes place at the moment of sale.
All conversions are done using official and current currency exchange rates.
